Part-Time Receptionist- $19-20/Hr. This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time. Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Part-time Receptionist for our manufacturing client to start at $19-$20/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for daily tasks within the Human Resources office and provide reception support to the adjoining warehouse.
- Maintain files for all employee correspondence.
- Print and assemble orientation folders for all new hires in English and Spanish.
- Sort mail and notify recipients of incoming deliveries.
- Answer phones, greet, and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Sending out monthly reminders of benefits, etc.
This is a part –time position, however, would need to be flexible to cover other days if needed and eventually move to a full-time role.
Location: Momence, IL
Schedule/Shift Details
- 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (most likely Tues, Thursday, Friday)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- 2 years office/clerical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Understand and demonstrate the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
