CNC Machine Operator - $30/HR. based on skills and experience. This position Direct Hire opportunity. Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for our contract manufacturing client to start at $30/hr.
Responsibilities:
Will program and operate CNC Lathe/Mill to manufacture components and finished goods to customer’s specification.
- Will run and operate CNC lathe and milling machines
- Machine set-ups
- Change tools, offsets & tool lengths
- Operate drill presses, punch presses, and deburring equipment.
- Perform all duties of Material Handler or Laborer
Overtime required when needed
Location: Tinley Park, IL
Schedule/Shift Details
- 4:00 pm to 12:30 am
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years’ experience setting up and operating CNC Machines
- Ability to read and write G-Code Programs
- Must know how to read blueprints
- Must have basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Must have experience with ring and plug gauges, calipers, micrometers
